Binding Agreement
Using crikia constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account.
Right to Amend

Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of crikia services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the crikia platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
To be eligible to register, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of, or accessing the platform from, Bangladesh.
- You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from crikia or had an account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles crikia to close your account without notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds pending a full investigation.
crikia reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include requesting copies of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documentation, as well as proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete a verification request within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending compliance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. crikia will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate password security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the crikia support team at [email protected] immediately.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. crikia operates a source-matching policy for withdrawals as an anti-money-laundering control measure: you cannot withdraw to a payment method that was not used to fund your account unless you submit a formal payment method change request and complete additional verification. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing institution.
Player Fund Safety
All player funds held in crikia accounts are maintained separately from company operational funds. This segregation is maintained as a standard internal financial control. However, crikia does not represent that player funds are held in a formally regulated trust or escrow arrangement, and players should be aware that no specific statutory protection applies to funds held in online gaming accounts under current Bangladesh law.
Currency & Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crikia does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any payment made in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing rate applied by the payment processor, and the resulting BDT equivalent will be credited or debited accordingly. crikia is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonuses awarded on the crikia platform are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The standard wagering requirement applicable to most bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; any unfulfilled bonus balance will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period without compensation.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after real-money funds are depleted on a given session. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, at which point the qualifying balance converts to withdrawable real funds.
Bonus Abuse & Integrity
crikia actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to artificially generate qualifying wager volume, or exploiting technical errors in promotional configurations. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings voided and may be subject to permanent account closure at crikia's sole discretion.
Promotional offers are made at crikia's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or replaced at any time. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted based on player account status, deposit history, or geographic region within Bangladesh. crikia reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion for any reason without obligation to provide an explanation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

These rules govern market settlement, void bet scenarios, in-play betting procedures, and the resolution of disputed outcomes. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Betting Rules applicable to that market type.
For cricket betting specifically, all markets are settled based on official match results as determined by the relevant governing body — the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic matches, and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, markets will be settled in accordance with the standard void/reduction rules for that market type, as set out in the Betting Rules. crikia's settlement decision is final once processed, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure.
Casino games at crikia are supplied exclusively by certified international game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Technical Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that affects the outcome or settlement of any bet or game round, crikia reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display or an erroneous payout, crikia reserves the right to correct the settlement. Persistent pursuit of winnings derived from a known technical error is considered exploitation and is subject to the sanctions set out in the User Obligations section below.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of crikia, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You accept full personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikia platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud crikia or other players through misrepresentation, false chargebacks, stolen payment credentials, or any other fraudulent means.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have direct or indirect influence over the outcome, or in which you have prior knowledge of a pre-arranged result.
- Money Laundering: Using the crikia platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of criminally derived money.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play casino games on your behalf without human interaction per wager.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between crikia and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
- Platform Interference: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape data from, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the crikia platform or its third-party game integrations.
- Underage Access: Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access or use your crikia account.
crikia employs automated systems and human review teams to detect the prohibited conduct listed above. Where a violation is identified or suspected, crikia may take immediate action including suspending access, freezing the account balance pending investigation, voiding recent transactions, and permanently closing the account. crikia is not obligated to disclose the specific evidence base for any enforcement decision and its determination is final unless successfully challenged through the dispute resolution procedure.
Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your crikia account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or other verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.
crikia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the platform.
- Failure to complete requested identity or payment method verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or match-fixing.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
- A successful self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement requiring account restriction.
Where an account is closed by crikia due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account at the time of closure — including real-money deposits — may be withheld pending investigation. crikia will provide a written summary of its findings to the affected player upon request, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. crikia will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying any inactivity administration fee. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month may be deducted from the dormant balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by a login. No inactivity fee will reduce a balance below zero, and no debt is created by this policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikia's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to crikia in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
crikia shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether crikia had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Any loss resulting from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers outside crikia's direct operational control.
- Any loss arising from service interruptions, system downtime, or connectivity failures beyond crikia's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, power outages, and telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes crikia's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by crikia's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The crikia platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crikia makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or statistics displayed, the fitness of any game for any particular purpose, or the security of the platform against all possible forms of attack or technical failure. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
No Guarantee of Winnings
crikia does not guarantee any financial return from use of the platform. All gambling involves risk. You may lose all funds deposited into your crikia account.
Service Availability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or infrastructure events in Bangladesh may affect access without prior notice.
Third-Party Providers
crikia is not liable for errors, outages, or decisions made by third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, etc.) or payment processors (bKash, Nagad) that are outside crikia's operational control.
